First of all let me thank you for the wonderful experience what we had on our trip.
Receiving, transport and driver are wonderful as I always experience with Kerala Holidays.
But I won't rate accommodation as best as it use to be. We had many disappointments as it was in construction stage and improper service and bad cleanliness.
However I know it is not an intentional arrangement from your end. We look forward for better staying experience in future.
