This is to put on record my appreciation to you both for making our Kerala Holidays a memorable one. All arrangements made by you were perfect, but heavy rain at some spots especially at Kumily, Thekkady, did not allow us to enjoy the places to a desired level. The stay at hotels was nice except at Soma Palace, Kumarakam, where in one of the two rooms. hot water was not available due to some technical problem. Driver Ramesh was quite co-operative and helpful. The employees of ATDC House Boat at Alappuzha were also very co-operative and it seemed that they enjoyed our company than we enjoyed theirs because they were getting Malayalee guests after a long gap of 20-25 days and they could converse with us freely without any inhibition and language problem.
My freinds, Avinash Desai and his wife Madhurika also are quite happy about selecting tour package with you. For the first three days. we were travelling together in separate vehicles so they did'nt face any practical difficulties initially and later on they themselves have accustomed with the place and the people of Kerala.
Now I am in a clear position to recommend your holiday package schemes to my friends, but my one suggestion is that you may choose any other place other than Soma Palace for guests' stay in Kumarakam because it is in a secluded island it is necessary that guests have to spent about 30 minutes to reach there (15 minutes to get the boat on the mainland and 15 minutes to take them to the island resort.)
