Our Detailed Feedback is as follows:
At Kochi Hotel Sealord, at Munnar Hotel Tea Castle, At Alleppy House Boat, facilities and services and site seeing arrangement are Excellent. At Thekkady Hotel Sandara Palance is very good but site seeing at Periyar Wild Life Sactuary is poor, in the sense that there is nothing to see except various old trees and monkeys. The quality of sight seeing will improve some other facilities are added.
At Kovalam Hotel Country Spa the facilities are excellent but services were very poor for carrying luggage to Rooms it took almost 90 minutes, request for drinking water some times takes more than 2 hours or is forgotten inspite of reminders. Other customers were also unsatisfied and even shouting at Reception but no results.
Vehicals were excellent and drivers were very cooperative, curteseyous and helpful.
