It was really a good vacation for me and my family and i extend my heartily thanks to you and your travel agency.The Driver Mr.Shaji was really good and i felt like he is one among my family.Good person in fact and had a good attitude. I would recommend him to accompany most of your other trips.His Driving was really good and he helped us to reach almost all location on time as per schedule.His driving expertise helped us.My son enjoyed the trip which made me happy. Boat house was awesome and the boys really made some yummy food. Allepy was the finishing touch as my family and i felt that Kerala is of course "God's own country".
The only concern which we had is the "Black Forest" resort. The place it was located was almost far inside Munnar town and we had to unnecessarily travel 10-13 kilometers for 2 days.Felt like we could have been given still better stay and food at Munnar as it was a 2 day stay. Hope you would understand my concern and make necessary changes next time when i plan my Kerala trip with your travel group.
