I would like to share our experience of kerala trip.
Arrival at Kochi Airport:
Very well received by Lijo. No Issues
Driver:
Excellent. We didnt faced ant issue with him throughout 4 days. But a bit of hindi language problem but not an issue.
Tea Castle:
Excellent Hotel with excellent view. But Food was a bit high but understood.
No issues with the room facilities are the staff.
Archana Residency:
I dont think, it is same level as Tea Castle Hotel with respect to the facilities. But No Issues
House Boat:
Our expectations were very high but a bit disappointed with the ride.
No issues with the staff.
We were expecting the ride will be in backwaters between the villages with a small canal flowing but it is as normal boat ride.
Food in Houseboat was good but very limited with no options. You should have notified us before the ride about the food, so that we would have purchased the stuff (Prawns, crabs etc) and asked to cook the same.
Room Facilities are not up to the mark. Expected a bigger room and better bathroom facilities.
Overall the experience was Excellent. With No Doubt I will recommend you to our family and friends travelling to kerala.
Suggestions:
1. Give any gift (Kerala Special) to the tourists at the end of the tour with the company logo on it.
2. Give a gift of Houseboat to the travelers in the houseboat.
