Those who have visited Kerala knows why it is called the 'God's own country'. This exotic land with spectacular views, rich culture and food is in every meaning a land that belongs to the Gods.

As the land offers a lot of diversity tourists visiting Kerala could choose what they want to enjoy when they are here. The first step to plan your vacation properly is to select Kerala tourist destinations and check with your Kerala tour operator whether the places you picked could be visited within the period of time you are planning to spend in the state.

Select places according to the type of vacation you want, whether it is a family outing with kids, or an adventure trip with your buddies or a honeymoon trip.

You should not waste your time on travelling so select your places in Kerala accordingly. Make sure that you plan your vacation in advance, as you don't want your vacation to be washed away in the influx of tourists.

At Kerala Holidays Pvt. Ltd. we help every traveller pick his/her Kerala packages that fits the budget and vacation available.

It is better to select a package that would allow you to be in the state for about 5 to 8 days. This would give you ample time to enjoy your stay in Kerala. Trying to wind up your stay in one or two days won't help you at all and you would miss a lot of beautiful places this land could offer you.

Once you have decided on the package, book your train or flight tickets, depending on your mode of transportation. Your arrival points should be selected according to the places you want to visit. If you are planning to visit the famed hill stations and backwaters of Kerala then Kochi should be your starting point. If the exotic beaches of South Kerala are what you have selected to visit then you should book your tickets to Trivandrum. Wayanad and the regions surrounding it are close to Kozhikode (Calicut), so book your tickets to there.

Here is a list of tourist places in Kerala to help you pick the destinations without wasting time and money.
