Firstly apologies for the delayed response! The tour organized for our group in the last week of December was excellent! To begin with, Rijosh who was our contact was extremely patient in looking for various options for stay basis our requirement. There were a few resorts that we were not initially happy with and Rijosh looked for other options that met our requirement. We were given Albin as our contact person and he was also available on calls if we needed (given that it was Christmas, I must appreciate this),
Every place of stay at every location right from PJ Princess at Cochin or Broadbean at Munnar - was beyond excellent. Wild Corridor in Tekkady was also good however, the elevation being a little rocky and uneven with dim lighting at night and the rooms being at different level, the senior citizens found it difficult and one lady fell and was bruised. Therefore suggest you highlight this for other clients who have kids/senior citizens.
The house boat was also good and the people incharge were very hospitable. One of the 3 houseboats seemed brand new and extremely clean as well.
Transport: there were some confusions around the Tempo Traveller (TT) as we were told we'd be given a 25 seater but ended up with 22 seater. That being said, there is nothing I want to complain about because the 22 seater TT was a brand new one with hi-tech interiors. Very comfortable.
Lastly, I do want to mention about the TT tour guide and driver - Sai. He was such a gem of a person. Was very accommodative and patient.
Overall great trip and very well organized and places of stay were great! Just that it was too hectic for us because it was daily travel of approx 4-5 hours so we would reach the resort by late evening and start off next day morning by 9 so we didn't get much time to enjoy the resorts.
