My overall experience of Keralatour is good and both myself and my wife are reasonably satisfied.
However I feel your organisation need to be more communicative and give more clarity. I am giving below some points
1. You are well aware that I was catching train from Cochin to Trivandam. You could have advised me that instead of train we could have driven. In that scenarion my itinerary could have been Cochin- Munnar- Thekkady- Aleppy- Trivandam whereas my itinerary was Cochin- Munnar- Thekkady- Aleppy- Cochin and then by train to Trivandam.
2. In the hills Munnar/ Thekkady in the hotels where I was put up there was no 24 hrs hot water which I expect should have been alterted to me and if that require change of hotel then I could have taken that decision. But unless those facts are informed how do i know
Nevertheeless, we enjoyed Kerala.
