Thank you verymuch. I would like to take this trip of four nights and five day visit to Kerala as most memorable one. Let me start my small feedback by mentioning / recollecting the planning of the trip. I recollect the day when i just dropped in a mail showing my interest in visiting Kerala. I was not very firm on my planning at that instant. But your personal planning and talking to me of the trip and the confidance you gave me has made me to go ahead with the visit. In the bargain ,I had excellent co-ordination from your end and almost on dot attension for whatever detail I requested ,and things have been handled with ease ,literally I never felt a need to talk to you on any issue.The conveyance arranged was excellent and the places of stay provided are really good including the house boat at Allepy. I got no complaints at all. And the trip is worth the money i paid for and I consider the charges are also on the reasonable. Another aspect I would like to mention is the promptness with which ,i used to get my receipts. really great experience.
Conveyence: Car is excellent and the driver Mr.Shajan is extreemly polite and always with a pleasent disposal.He is also instrumental in making my trip a good and pleasent experience.
At the end ,The Service provided is excellent and I am sure that I will be utilising your services once again. Hope the promptness and professionalism shown by you ,which has given us this wonderful experience, is not limited to Mrs. Usha but to every one one in KeralaHolidays. looking forward to utilising your servises once again.
