I would like to emphasize to you and your general manager that you organized a perfect holiday and journey for us throughout Kerala. It was my second time in God's own country and it was my best holiday in Kerala so far. Your hotel recommandations were wonderful including the rooms which were the most beautiful every hotel has to provide. Brunton Boatyard, Tall Trees, Greenwoods and of course Surya Samudra were all an existing dream. Their services were excellent and very friendly. Also, the boat tour and the team on the boat were outstanding and we liked the food and tea they provided very much. We would like to express our deep gratitude to our driver Shashij (hope I spell it correctly) who managed the Indian traffic like in a dream and gave us valuable advice in any situation and location.
However, what was crucial that I booked the journey through Kerala Holidays was also (and that is the beginning of any business) the prompt and competent arrangement of our journey. Any (!) email was promptly answered within hours by you. That's good service: to be good AND quick!
To make a long story short: You and your team made a perfect job! I recommend your services. Next time again only with Kerala Holidays.
