We had a nice time and a "no-problem at all" trip for all the duration. We had contacted and discussed our trip with a few tour operators and finally chosen keralaholidays. We were surely nervous before booking this trip with you since all the confirmations and assurances were only verbal. In general we had read various bad reviews about hotels and problems faced like unclean cars, extra charges for driver, and so on by other travellers.
But I must say that the car was spot less clean. Throughout the trip Mr. Roy (Innova Driver) gave us all the suggestions and never forced us to follow a particular sightseeing plan. We must say he gladly coped up with us. He was very polite and friendly and extremely helpful. He knew the answers to all our questions
